i still rmb e 1st time i met him..it was during referee course..we were waiting for lessons to start..hands were itching for bball..but gt no ball..only choice is to borrow from him.. BUT..we were all so scared of him..he looks DAMN FIERCE!! i din dare to tok to him..den i pushed grace to ask him..muahaha.. [sori gay part...] e ans was no..tt time i was stl complaining abt him..y he so fierce..y he so unfriendly..n y he dun wan to lend us ball..hmph!

i din dare to take e initiative to tok to him..scared! e very 1st time i tok to him was thru gwen..they were toking toking..n i was ard..so juz joined in e conversation lor..haha..

subsequently whenever i c him..i will b walking towards him with a smile on my face..hEe..

sometimes i really wonder if he understands wad i'm toking abt..when i tok to him in chinese..he'll reply in english.. den when i tok in english..he'll reply in either chinese or dialect.. hmm.. but anyway..he'll end up teasing me or make me look like a fool.. =(

i stl rmb how i used to stand in front of his fan when it is hot..n air my armpits..he..still sitting on his chair will pinch his nose n pretend tt it stinks..haha..den i'll juz sniff my armpits n pretend to feel faint..muahaha..

i stl rmb everytime aft e NBL match..how he'll push his trolley across e courts.. oblivious to e balls flying ard..n giving e strict face whenever e ball hits him..haha.. juz to deliver water to e teams for e next game..

i stl rmb how he always nag at ppl to stop playing when it's time to close or when u r wearing slippers..even sandals dun count.. i always kana..=( den if u ignore him..he'll juz stand there n stare at u..den he'll get angry n start to 'OEI' u..haha..

guess he'll rmb me as e one who always nag at him tt smoking no good..den he'll try to hide his cigarette away from me..haha..

e last time i saw him was during contact 3-on-3..din get e chance to c him agn 1 last time..n e next time i c him agn will b at his wake..

haha..back from bball camp..it wasnt a training camp..was more of a team bonding camp..so mostly we played games n slack n eat n play n slack n eat..haha..n connie said i bcame heavier aft a day of camp.. sObZ! =( [gt nthg to do ar..so juz eat n eat n eat n eat lor..haha]

had morning pt on sat..ran 6 rounds.. legs limp, calf cramping.. sit-ups, push-ups, burpees..2 sets of 10.. legs even more limp..nua.. sprint relay..4X100m X2.. legs officially jelly.. but e feeling was shuang aft u completed everythg..but it's time to train myself up..stamina is BAD BAD BAD!!! [when will e lazy jas go away n e sporty n fit jas cum back agn? u haf been missing for years..nearly 4yrs to b exact.. haiz]

had friendly with kaixuan tt aftnoon.. wonder if i will get to go down..hmm..pray hard tt cindy calls me.. den she choose..1st 5..2nd 5..3rd 5.. mainly yr3 + 2..e rest of e yr1s were sitting on e floor while they were on e bench..

frisbee: left leg = pivot foot (for right handers..left handers is right leg)

bball: when u catch e ball..landing foot = 1 step..n can onli take another step.. so aft get ball.. only 1,2..any more steps n tt will b travelling..
frisbee: when catch disc..can take max 3 steps.. >3 steps n tt will b travelling..
hmm... *scratch head*

example 3..
bball: when release ball n u lift up ur pivot foot..not travelling violation..cos u release e ball liao..
frisbee: when u haf e disc in ur hand & when throwing e disc..pivot foot CANNOT lift off e ground..

2dae's frisbee training was SHIOK man!! haha..reali enjoyed myself during trg 2dae..
it wasnt e game tt was fun..

2dae we did a new drill - 3 man
- thrower: fake n throw disc
- defender: defend thrower.. duh..
- catcher: catch lah.. haha

but e tough part is to fake e defender n throw.. reali trained my legs man.. my butt nearly cramped k!! but e satisfaction was there.. seeing urself managed to fake past e defender n do a good throw.. WOAH!! SHUANG!!

den aft tt e seniors throw n we are supposed to sprint n catch e disc (in pairs n same gender.. yes!).. e distance was haunting..but e desire to catch e disc juz made me run.. competition was there..partner n senior running tgt w u..haf to read disc.. at least i'm applying wad i learnt.. =)
managed to catch only 2..haha..ran till legs soft..but it was SHUANG man!! hope gt more of this kind..so fun!!

i very long nv ref..(abt 1-2 mths bah) so naturally everythg bcums rusty..alertness oso cannot make it..i noe i made alot of blunders during e game..alot of mistakes tt i shdnt haf made..i made on tt day..sigh.. was hoping tt sm 'lao jiao' will actually correct me..or at least tew me where i've gone wrong.. but NO.. none said a single word.. all 3 'lao jiaos' at my court juz kept quiet.. hello?? arent u guys suppose to lead e juniors?? so where's e help? was already pissed with myself for ref-ing so badly..their nonchalent attitude further pissed me off.. kcuf..

so i 2day juz saved my energy n did e slacking jobs..haha..earn abit lesser..but at least i dun haf to tahan their fucking attitudes..plus i dun haf 2 tolerate e unnecessary critisms from e fucking coaches..
