exams are long over...
my exams ended last wk..
somehow dun feel any sense of relief or happiness at all..i'm dreading the day 13 sep approaches..cos tt's e day when my results are released.. :(
i can feel that supp papers are approaching.. sigh..anyway..

i've survived one week of attachment!! yeah!! one more week to go! :)))
attachment was boring..felt so useless..cos all that i could do was to walk ard n look..tt's all..
mayb tt's y i always feel so tired at e end of e day..cos i was bored to tireness..muahaha..
but overall..i learnt alot..there was alot more thgs to learn..
looking forward to next sem..i guess sports is stl my interest..really hope to be a sports physio in future.. *daydreams*oh..i was
TORTURED ydae during attachment.. *sObZ* i was at CSMC (changi sports medicine centre) ydae..aft being model for shoulder exercises in e aftnoon..they
MAKE us do some exercises..1st was
CORE training..
OMG!! my abs..my arms..my legs were trembling..from juz stabilisation exercises..n i was already perspirating in the cold room! aft tt was
plyometrics..we did alot of jumping..running..and sprinting..
woah..my muscles were damn tired.. lastly..was to undergo
STM n DTM..(soft and deep tissue massage) i tew u!! e pain!! wow!! until nw..my ITB band stl aches lyk shit man!! i was alr in
GREAT pain when they were doing STM le..n it was juz e thumbs..when DTM came..(they used the elbows) i was in
SOOOOOOOO much pain tt i juz grabbed the pillow n stuffed my head in and no more voice could come out anymore..
my leg is stl in pain whenever i juz gently stroke it on e surface.. :(((((suppose to go zouk last nite to celebrate..connie, fany n catherine's bday..but i fell aslp.. oops!

been wanting to lose weight..
e mind is strong..but e body is lazy.. my tummy grew bigger agn..aft i saw results of it getting smaller n firmer.. there goes my hard work of 2wks of crunches and leg raisers n gym-ing.. hafnt been doing any exercises for the past wk..and i was eating alot as while.. =(
resolution for sept: muahaha..tummy to be smaller n firmer..be disciplined to do exercise everyday..gam ba ta, jasmine!!
