oh my..bruises..
went for physio 2day..
my longest session so far..2.5hrs..my lecturer was there..
my this lecturer seems to have a thing for my butt..muahaha..i have PFPS and fat pad inpingement..
did a review of my exercises and strengthening..
muz rmb to do them daily sia..next was massage to release the tension of my muscles.. yes i have SUPER tight ITB..as while as quads..
and no way did i ever enjoyed e massages
AT ALL!!!evidence...
1.5hrs aft massage..

left thigh.. and right thigh..

left ITB.. e right side was ok..
many many hrs later..

OMFG!!! and right thigh..

left ITB..
wah piang! and right ITB..
basically e right side is done by a gal..
n e left by a guy..
hence e BIG diff..
i'm in so much pain tt i can hardly walk properly.. ='(i shall go n stock on my ice..
shall ice it tml when i wake up..
shoo..shoo bruises go away...
