End of IVP season
Wednesday, January 24, 2007, ♥ at 22:40 =)
NYP VS NTU 59-66. We lost. But we lost better than anyone else who have lost before. We lost with pride, and with glory. This team deserved a place in the finals. Hellish training camp's morning runs, track runs, gyms, suicide runs... it was all HARD EARNED. And for the first time ever, I lost a game with pride.

I am proud of the play, proud of my coach, and most importantly, proud of my teammates. You should have seen... the fighting spirit!!! Right from the start of jump ball till the last whistle, nobody, NO ONE gave up. We did not give up, neither did we give in. We were one. Nothing else mattered at that moment and nothing can touch us.

There was awesome team work, outrageous team spirit, and in this world bond between the 16 of us, including coach. The players inside fought hard, they went all the way, and the players outside cheered their lungs out. I have to admit there was an instant heart ache when the buzzer goes off, as if the heart's being squeezed tightly, it was so unbreathable. But as minutes clocked away, we understand that we have gave it all that we have. We will not hang our head down and we really treated this game as our last, whatever regrets left, leave it all on the court.

And I'm moved. Just read NYP basketball blog and tag board... I'm sure whoever reads it will have their heart touched.

"It is already very tiring to be playing inside. But it is even more tiring to be playing alone. Play together as a team." -Coach

Till the next season, cheers.
