3weeks of rest..
and my ankle is still swelling alittle bit..
after 3weeks of rest, ice, taping and elevating..ok lah..it's
ALOT better liao..
but i'm still having pain.. and numbness..
and the pain and numbness radiates upwards..
wad's wrong with my ankle???i'm so missing bball..how i wished i could play ball right now..last week's nyp trg..they learnt new fundamentals from coach..
at that point of time i
REALLY REALLY REALLY wanted to be training..
and not juz sitting at the bench.. watching them train..
and feeding the mosquitoes..:((((((((((((((((((((((((((((
