POL-ITE is approaching real soon..
1st training 2day aft 2mths of break aft i sprained my ankle..
fitness stamina speed endurance strength shooting
TOTALLY GONE!!!!*heart breaks*
and coach stared and scolded me for being slow..i dun wan to sit on the bench or OSIM chair anymore..
benched for the past year is enuf..
i wan to go down n play..it's time to get stronger faster fitter and better..
and stop swelling u dumb ankle..
