today coach asked a question that made me ponder...

i'm actually quite lucky to only dislocate my shoulder.. and nothing more..
no fracture, no injury elsewhere..
just bruises..
tho there's a higher chance of dislocating it again..
but i'm quite glad that it's a simple & straight forward injury..
just rest, proper rehab, strengthening & be more careful the next time round.. that should be all..



yes there are times when i complained of the unfairness & suay-ness that i have..
yes there are times when i wished i was born into a better family..

BUT it's these 错责 /obstacles/hurdles that made me grow up.. be more sensible..
and to really treasure whatever i have in front of me..


life is always unfair..
there are reasons for certain things to happen..
life would be boring if you were to sulk & grumble the whole day..

so..why don't you look on the bright side of life?
that way you may find LIFE to be much more meaningful..
