finally went for bball training today..
after
SOOOOOOO LONG...
it has been ~2months i last trained man..
(after i dislocated my shoulder till now)and today we ran..

TOTAL = 24 ROUNDS OF THE TRACK!!!OMG lah!!kant imagine i ran THAT many rounds..and WE ALL completed THAT MANY rounds!!!but after that my calves just couldn't take it anymore liao..
it'll just cramp whenever there's any movement..
*sobz... :''((((((((((((and i realised my fitness level and stamina..
are way way way way down there..
sigh..was so glad when we could finally go home..
and when we board the bus 72..
and when i finally had a seat to rest my wobbly weak legs..
my BIG TOE CRAMPED!!!!so paiseh lah....
