initially wanted to take a MC today..
to pon work..
for my much needed rest..

worked EVERY day last week..
quite xiong man..
guess i'm going older liao..



but at 7am..
i was woken up by a tummyache..
and i started to diarrhoea and vomit..

for the whole morning..
only managed to sleep abit..
and off i went to visit the toilet again..




a real MC for a initial fake illness became a real MC for a REAL illness..



i have food poisoning..
