however i still went to school in the morning..
to throw..
ivp's starting this sat...
having both shotput & discus..
starting to feel the stress...

threw from 10am - 1pm++..
currently sunburnt..

finally my shotput passed 8m!!
yes!! :)))
8.52m to be exact..
just 2cm off my personal best..

but my discus is... HAYWIRED!!!

i just want to do well for both events..
as there's expectations to be met..
from both the school and myself..





went to SP to watch the girls semi-finals..
and wished coach happy birthday!!!
