been experiencing pain at my surgical scar since monday..
it started from sneezing.. and it only hurts when i sneeze..
however, the pain progressively increased..
yesterday when i tried to do abs exercise, the pain was OMFG painfully!!!
and today, i have pain whenever i sneeze, cough, laugh and even when i stretch..
area around the scar seems to be bigger too..


decided to visit the doctor..
lucky the doctor said that it might be some fibers of the scar adhesion torn when i sneeze..
not to worry at the moment..
but if the pain persists or increases for the next 1-2 weeks.. i need to go back to see my surgeon and get some investigations done..


please pray for me that all is well..
no way i am going under the knife again.................

fyi, i dislocated my left shoulder.. and NO fracture was involved..
